Maths SAT stuff

Uh, why is the date so long ago?

I’ve been using prep scholar. I’m surprised that I’ve been studying for so long.

Today: order of easieness

I wanna do another practice maths section, then grind a tonne of english.

Oh yeah, we find out our atlas things today.

More practice

More practice with systemf of linear equations:

I definately need to do coord. geometry, non linear functions. It’s basically all new to me. I should really trust uplearn. Every one I’ve clicked ended up actually indeed being new to me.

Yeah, I knew that “moral decay” wasn’t included in the passage. I thought that “priveledges of citizenship” cancelled it out more than x of y did.

I was like “It never says women suffrage is inevitable. It never says that.” it was in the very first line. HOW DID I MISS THAT? would i have got this if i reread the highlighted parts? I mean, it doens’t excactly talk about it a tonne

Okay, are these enough questions for a quiz? Me thinks so

I need to practice a LOT of algebra, at least to get VERY comfortable with stuff like -7 * -7 equalling 49

I supposedly need to review my answers for that thing, but there’s no time.

If I could do it all again, I would trust prepscholar more, and just grind through whatever they told me to do.

when anki not syncing

this is the worst possible time for this to happen… hence it’s happen

Good luck on the Practice Quiz!

Okay, that test was actually easy as fuck and I full on lost a bunch of marks for no reason, so nothing at all to worry about.

[ ] Quadratic formula questions. Brute force a tonne to be able to recognise what needs doing [ ] linear equation word problems

I am actually really curious if I’d get all the practice ones right I think after this I should do all the questions in this section again. I’d probably get a few wrong actually

when I don’t know how to make flashcards of it, or I think my flashcards would be super general, my instinct is to give up and just do a bunch of practice questions

I spent too much time working on trig. Way too much time. I need to spend time increasing my points by going over large swaths of types of questions and rapidly making cards, not getting super deep into one topic.

I’m not necessarily sure it’s about going faster, it’s about getting the questions right.

Am noticing while I’m going over these questions: I’m not remembering why I got them wrong

One of them: passport to advanced mathematics

Right angle trigonemtry, I wasn’t remotely going to get this one’

Okay, gonna revise [ ] polynomial factors and graphs - NOOO what question was this?? I need something more specific [x] Right angle trigonometry - Okay, I learned some of this but there’s a LOT more to be learned and practiced here. - Okay, did a TONNE of this, think I may be at the point of dimishing returns. is SUPER FUN! Twice I thought there was a new rule I didn’t know about to show up but NOPE! - And time flies SO fast when I’m doing this. [ ] polynomial remainder theorem
