Once upon a time, in the summer of 2021, a version of myself who didn’t know programming challenged myself to create one website each week.
My first project looked disturbingly like a Craigslist knockoff, but after weeks of reading documentation, poking around terminals, and learning over and over how misspelling database as ‘databse’ can cost you weeks, I was finally getting somewhere.
It felt amazing watching the characters I typed transform into images and menus and buttons and websites. Creating something with my own two hands brings me joy.
